At The Skin Lab Official, we stand behind the quality of our IPL devices. Each product comes with a warranty period ranging from 4 months to 12 months, depending on the model purchased.
Warranty coverage is subject to the specific product’s Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you review these details carefully to understand your warranty eligibility and claim process.
Terms & Conditions for Replacement Warranty
You are eligible to claim a replacement warranty if your product is:
Damaged,
Completely broken,
Has power-related issues, or
Laser/flashes are not functioning upon arrival.
The warranty covers these issues if they occur within 1 Month, 4 Months, or 1 Year from the date of delivery, depending on the warranty plan purchased.
Free Replacement Conditions
A free replacement will only be provided if all of the following conditions are met:
The warranty claim is made within the valid period (1 Month / 4 Months / 1 Year) from the date of delivery, according to your product’s warranty type.
The product is faulty (power issues, non-working flashes, or completely broken).
The original product box is intact and in good condition.
The warranty card details (number, address, city, and phone number) must match your purchase records.
The replacement or refund process outlined at the end of this page is followed correctly.
Notice
1 Month Warranty is discontinued on 15 July 2025. Only order before 15 July 2025 will be entertained for claim for 1 month warranty. Now the basic warranty is 4 Months.
Terms & Conditions for 7-Day Money Back Refund / Return Warranty
Refund on Card Payments
If payment was made via card, an 8% deduction will be applied on the product value.
The remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
Eligibility Criteria
The refund or return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be faulty (power issues, non-working flashes, or completely broken).
The original box must be intact and in good condition.
The warranty card details (number, address, city, and phone number) must match the purchase records.
If your device is faulty within the warranty period, a free replacement may be provided with your consent.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you wish to return the device within 7 days without any defect, the following deductions will apply:
55% for ICE IPL / Sapphire / Fast Flash Hair Laser Removal Devices.
45% for Classic & Pocket Hair Laser Removal Devices.
The device must have at least 900,000 flashes remaining (as each device comes with 400 extra flashes).
If flashes are reduced below 900,000, an additional 5% deduction will apply.

Important Terms & Conditions for Replacement & Money Back Warranty
(a) Usage Claims
Any claim that the device did not reduce or remove hair within less than one month will not be accepted.
The device must be used continuously for at least two months to achieve results (for medical reasons).
(b) Packaging Condition
If the product box is damaged by the customer, an additional 5% deduction will apply.
(c) Second Replacement Charges
The first replacement is free of charge.
From the second replacement onwards, a percentage of the total order value will be charged, based on warranty period and product type:
Regular / Classic Products
1-month warranty → 20%
4-months warranty → 30%
1-year warranty → 40%
Pocket Device
1-month warranty → 20%
6-months warranty → 30%
ICE IPL Device
6-months warranty → 30%
1-year warranty → 40%
Precautions & Disclaimer
Do not use the device on areas with skin allergies or active acne. Wait until skin is healed.
Use moisturizers or aloe vera gel after treatment, preferably after waiting 15 minutes.
During pregnancy, avoid use on the belly and sensitive areas.
Always start with lower intensity levels to avoid burns. Increase intensity only if there are no signs of irritation.
Treat the first two weeks as a testing phase to monitor your skin’s response.
Read the instruction manual carefully before use.
If you have severe allergies, consult a dermatologist or skin expert before using the device.
